On October 23, 2024, Impala International came to Jiangsu Linzhi Shanyang Group Co., Ltd. in Wuxi, Jiangsu province for the first time to visit electric motorcycles. During the visit, Wuxi Linzhi Trading Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiangsu Linzhi Shanyang Group Co., Ltd., was fully responsible for product exchanges and foreign trade business.

On October 24, 2024, the two parties reached a preliminary understanding of cooperation. During the period, the president and general manager of Impala International tried out a variety of electric motorcycle models and conducted detailed discussions on project promotion plans and product performance.

On October 25, 2024, the two parties reached a final cooperation intention and will work together to promote the development of electric motorcycles and gradually realize product localization in Egypt. The early stage of the project is divided into two steps. The first step is that Impala International imports complete vehicles in the form of SKD to test the market. The second step is that Impala International imports parts in the form of CKD, some of which are gradually developed locally to promote the local economic development of Egypt and then realize product localization.

In order to smoothly promote this great plan, the two parties signed a cooperation agreement on October 25, 2024. Impala International will develop and sell electric motorcycles as the exclusive agent in Egypt, Africa, MENA and Europe.
